      Abstract
Urbanisasi di Kabupaten Subang meningkatkan potensi stres masyarakat akibat kepadatan penduduk, tekanan kerja, dan pencemaran. Healing forest menjadi solusi terapi nonfarmakologis.

Urbanisation in Subang Regency has increased the potential for stress among the community due to population density, work pressure, and pollution. Healing forests offer a nonpharmacological therapeutic solution. This study aims to identify the biophysical potential and determine the location for developing a healing forest in Ranggawulung Urban Forest. The research was conducted using observational methods to measure biophysical parameters, including temperature and humidity, noise levels, wind speed, light intensity, slope gradient, canopy density, and other supporting parameters. The results indicate that the most suitable time for a healing forest is between 6.00-8.00 AM, and the most suitable location is in the middle and back sections of both paths. Only the temperature and humidity parameters on trail 1 and trail 2, as well as the slope gradient on trail 2, meet the criteria. Based on this, it can be concluded that the most suitable trail for a healing forest is trail 1. Trail 2 can also be used for a healing forest, but with various adjustments. Adjustments that can be made include constructing a green belt in the front area of the urban forest to reduce noise and planting shade-providing vegetation along the healing trail.
