Dengue Fever (DBD) is linked to the high number of Aedes mosquitoes. RW 10, Harjamukti Subdistrict, has poor environmental conditions that support mosquito breeding, along with low practice of Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (PHBS). This study aimed to find out the effectiveness of ovitraps using fermented cassava (tape singkong) solution in reducing mosquito larvae. The method used included 12 weeks of observation, calculation of the Larvae Free Index (ABJ), and data collection through questionnaires and interviews. The ovitraps were made from used bottles filled with 200 ml of distilled water, 50 grams of cassava, and 1 gram of yeast. The results showed that the number of larvae changed weekly, with ABJ increasing from 32% to 52%. Although it did not reach the ideal standard (>95%), this increase showed good potential. Environmental factors also influenced the results. Community involvement helped support the program. This ovitrap can be a simple, eco-friendly method for mosquito control at the community level.
