| dc.description.abstract | Perkembangan pesat media sosial, khususnya TikTok, membuka peluang baru dalam strategi pemasaran digital bagi berbagai produk, termasuk kopi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas konten media sosial TikTok pada akun @kopigowes dalam meningkatkan brand awareness produk Kopi Gowes. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 45 responden aktif pengguna TikTok. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan uji korelasi Spearman untuk menguji hubungan antara efektivitas konten dan tingkat brand awareness. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konten TikTok @kopigowes memiliki tingkat efektivitas yang cukup tinggi dalam menarik perhatian dan membangun interaksi dengan audiens. Pemanfaatan media sosial TikTok secara efektif dapat menjadi alat yang powerful dalam memperkuat brand awareness produk Kopi Gowes di era digital. | |
| dc.description.abstract | The rapid development of social media, especially TikTok, has opened new opportunities in digital marketing strategies for various products, including coffee. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of TikTok social media content on the @kopigowes account in increasing brand awareness of Kopi Gowes products. The research method uses a quantitative approach with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 45 active TikTok users. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive statistics and Spearman’s correlation test to examine the relationship between content effectiveness and the level of brand awareness. The results show that TikTok content from @kopigowes has a fairly high level of effectiveness in attracting attention and building interaction with the audience. Effective use of TikTok social media can be a powerful tool in strengthening the brand awareness of Kopi Gowes products in the digital era. | |
