      Abstract
      Aplikasi web siBaik dirancang untuk mendukung penilaian Risk Maturity Index (RMI) di Peruri, yang mengukur efektivitas manajemen risiko melalui aspek dimensi dan kinerja. Namun, siBaik saat ini hanya mendukung aspek dimensi, sehingga tidak dapat digunakan untuk penilaian RMI tahun 2023 dan seterusnya. Keterbatasan ini menyebabkan proses penilaian menjadi manual, lambat, dan data tidak tersentralisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan mengimplementasikan menu penilaian aspek kinerja di siBaik serta menganalisis perbedaannya sebelum dan sesudah pengembangan. Menggunakan metode SDLC dan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka, hasil menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan ini menghasilkan penilaian RMI yang lebih menyeluruh, mempercepat proses, mempermudah pelaporan, dan meningkatkan sentralisasi data. Pengembangan ini juga berpotensi menjadi model digital untuk BUMN lain.
       
      The siBaik web application was designed to support the Risk Maturity Index (RMI) assessment at Peruri, which measures the effectiveness of risk management through dimensional and performance aspects. However, siBaik currently only supports dimensional aspects, so it cannot be used for RMI assessments in 2023 and beyond. This limitation causes the assessment process to be manual, slow, and data to be decentralized. This study aims to design and implement a performance aspect assessment menu in siBaik and analyze the differences before and after development. Using the SDLC method and data collection through observation, interviews, and literature review, the results show that this development produces a more comprehensive RMI assessment, accelerates the process, simplifies reporting, and improves data centralization. This development also has the potential to serve as a digital model for other SOEs.
