      Abstract

PT Sentralindo Teguh Gemilang is a manufacturing company that produces corrugated cardboard boxes with a production capacity of 12,000 tons per month. This study analyzes defects in the cardboard box printing process at PT Sentralindo Teguh Gemilang, with the main focus on misprinting which contributes 52% of the total defects. The Six Sigma (DMAIC) method Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control, was used to identify the causes and corrective solutions. The results showed a sigma level of 3.13 (DPMO 51,963), with human factors as the root cause. The proposed solutions in the study include standardization of procedures through One Point Lesson (OPL) and work instructions. Implementation is expected to improve production quality and process efficiency.
