| dc.description.abstract | Laporan akhir ini merupakan bentuk pertanggungjawaban atas pelaksanaan proyek pembuatan video company profile PT. Fajar Baizuri & Brothers. Proyek ini dirancang untuk kebutuhan perusahaan terhadap media promosi visual yang tidak hanya menarik secara estetika, tetapi juga mampu merepresentasikan identitas serta nilai-nilai perusahaan secara menyeluruh. Media visual dinilai memiliki potensi besar sebagai sarana penyampaian pesan perusahaan kepada publik secara lebih menarik dan mudah diterima. Tujuan dari proyek ini tidak hanya sekadar memproduksi sebuah video company profile, tetapi juga mengembangkan teknik pengambilan gambar yang mampu memperkuat kualitas visual serta meningkatkan efektivitas pesan yang disampaikan kepada audiens. Proses produksi dilaksanakan di kantor pusat perusahaan yang beralamat di Jalan Barkah No. 29, Manggarai Selatan, Tebet, Jakarta Selatan, dan berlangsung selama empat bulan sejak Februari hingga Mei 2025.
Metode pengembangan proyek yaitu Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) yang terdiri dari enam tahap, yaitu concept, design, material collecting, assembly, testing, dan distribution. Proses pengambilan gambar dilaksanakan menggunakan kamera DSLR Canon EOS 60D dan mengandalkan pencahayaan alami tanpa alat bantu tambahan. Penyesuaian dilakukan melalui pengaturan manual terhadap segitiga exposure yang mencakup ISO, aperture, dan shutter speed. Seluruh elemen pengambilan gambar disesuaikan dengan kondisi pencahayaan di lapangan untuk mencapai hasil visual yang optimal tanpa menambah beban produksi.
Konsep utama video ini, yaitu Corporate Culture Storytelling yang fokus pada visualisasi budaya kerja, suasana lingkungan, serta proses bisnis yang dijalankan perusahaan. Penyusunan narasi visual diarahkan untuk menggambarkan suasana kerja yang alami dan mencerminkan karakter perusahaan secara menyeluruh. Elemen-elemen visual dipilih secara selektif agar mampu menyampaikan informasi yang bersifat informatif sekaligus menarik secara visual. Output proyek berupa video berdurasi 4 menit 54 detik yang telah melalui tahap penyuntingan dan uji kelayakan untuk memastikan kesesuaian dengan tujuan proyek. Video ini tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai sarana promosi, tetapi juga sebagai media komunikasi visual yang mencerminkan citra profesional perusahaan. Teknik pengambilan gambar yang diterapkan terbukti mampu meningkatkan kualitas visual serta memperjelas pesan yang disampaikan dalam narasi video. | |
| dc.description.abstract | This final report serves as an accountability document for the implementation of the company profile video production project for PT. Fajar Baizuri & Brothers. The project was designed to meet the company's need for a visual promotional medium that is not only aesthetically appealing but also capable of representing the company’s identity and core values in a comprehensive manner. Visual media is considered to have significant potential as a tool for delivering corporate messages to the public in a way that is engaging and easily understood. The purpose of this project extends beyond producing a company profile video; it also aims to develop camera techniques that enhance visual quality and improve the effectiveness of the message delivered to the audience. The production process took place at the company’s head office located at Jalan Barkah No. 29, Manggarai Selatan, Tebet, South Jakarta, and was carried out over a four-month period from February to May 2025.
The development method used in this project followed the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC), which consists of six stages: concept, design, material collecting, assembly, testing, and distribution. The filming process was conducted using a Canon EOS 60D DSLR camera and relied entirely on natural lighting without the use of additional lighting equipment. Adjustments were made manually through the camera’s exposure triangle settings, including ISO, aperture, and shutter speed. All elements of image capture were adapted to the lighting conditions in the field to achieve optimal visual results without increasing production costs.
The video’s core concept adopted a Corporate Culture Storytelling approach, focusing on the visualization of work culture, workplace atmosphere, and business processes within the company. The visual narrative was designed to portray a natural working environment that accurately reflects the character and values of the organization. Visual elements were carefully selected to ensure they convey both informative and visually engaging content. The final output of the project is a 4-minute-and-54-second video that has undergone editing and quality assurance processes to ensure alignment with the project’s objectives. The video functions not only as a promotional asset but also as a visual communication tool that reflects the company’s professional image. The application of proper shooting techniques has proven effective in improving visual quality and reinforcing the clarity of the message delivered through the narrative. | |
