      Abstract
This study evaluates the effectiveness of the Instagram account @alfamidigemabudaya as an internal corporate communication medium using the EPIC Model theory. The Instagram account functions as an information platform that aims to introduce and instill the company's culture among all employees. The study adopts the EPIC Model developed by AC Nielsen. It employs a positivist paradigm with a quantitative approach. Data analysis techniques include simple tabulation and the calculation of average scores, which are then mapped onto the EPIC Model scale. The results show that the Communication dimension received the highest average score of 4.25, indicating that communication through this account is perceived as very effective by respondents. Overall, the study generated an EPIC Rate score of 4.21, which indicates that the @alfamidigemabudaya account is effective as an internal communication tool. These findings are expected to contribute to the development of more optimal corporate communication strategies in fostering a strong work culture. Furthermore, the account can serve as a model for social media-based internal communication in the digital era.
