      Abstract
      Penelitian ini menganalisis hubungan antara karakteristik penerima bantuan dengan implementasi program CSR di PT Ricky Putra Globalindo Tbk menggunakan model SMCR Berlo. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif korelasional, melibatkan 97 responden dari 2.813 karyawan. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan uji korelasi Spearman. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa program CSR bersifat sosial-emosional, seperti donor darah, memiliki hubungan signifikan dengan karakteristik penerima, terutama dalam aspek komunikasi, sikap, pengetahuan, dan budaya. Program pembangunan jalan menunjukkan hubungan pada aspek sikap dan budaya, sedangkan pengembangan manajemen tidak signifikan. Temuan menegaskan pentingnya menyesuaikan strategi komunikasi dengan karakteristik audiens agar program CSR lebih efektif.
       
      This study analyzes the public relations communication strategy in implementing CSR programs at PT Ricky Putra Globalindo Tbk using Berlo’s SMCR (Source, Message, Channel, Receiver) communication model. A quantitative descriptivecorrelational method was applied with 97 respondents selected randomly from a population of 2,813 employees. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using the Spearman rank correlation test. The results show that socially and emotionally driven CSR programs, such as blood donation, have a significant relationship with recipient characteristics, particularly in communication skills, attitude, knowledge, and culture. Road development programs show significance in attitude and culture aspects, while management development programs show no significant relationship. The findings highlight the importance of tailoring communication strategies to audience characteristics to enhance CSR program effectiveness.
