| dc.description.abstract | Penelitian terapan ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi komunikasi yang berdampak positif dalam memfasilitasi kolaborasi tim pada tahap pasca produksi di rumah produksi film Hitmaker Studios. Dalam industri perfilman, khususnya tahap pasca produksi, komunikasi yang efisien sangat penting guna menjamin kolaborasi tim dan hasil akhir film yang optimal. Meskipun kemajuan teknologi digital telah memudahkan pertukaran informasi, namun miskomunikasi masih kerap terjadi. Studi ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, melibatkan wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan analisis dokumen terhadap post manager dan tim editing. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi komunikasi yang diterapkan oleh post manager meliputi briefing secara tatap muka, penggunaan platform digital, komunikasi interpersonal lanjutan, serta dengan pendekatan adaptif dan fleksibel yang kemudian ditemukan sebagai strategi komunikasi yang fleksibel. Strategi tersebut berhasil menjembatani komunikasi vertikal dalam organisasi, memfasilitasi kolaborasi tim, serta meminimalisir miskomunikasi selama proses pasca produksi. | |
| dc.description.abstract | This applied research aims to analyze communication strategies that have a positive impact on facilitating team collaboration during the post-production stage at the film production house Hitmaker Studios. In the film industry, especially in the post-production stage, efficient communication is crucial to ensure team collaboration and optimal final film results. Although advances in digital technology have facilitated the exchange of information, miscommunication still often occurs. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach, involving in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis with the post manager and editing team. The results show that the communication strategies implemented by the post manager include face-to-face briefings, the use of digital platforms, advanced interpersonal communication, and an adaptive and flexible approach, which was later found to be a flexible communication strategy. These strategies successfully bridge vertical communication within the organization, facilitate team collaboration, and minimize miscommunication during the post-production process. | |
