dc.description.abstractPemanfaatan video pembelajaran di lingkungan korporat semakin berkembang seiring dengan kemajuan teknologi digital. Namun, efektivitas penyampaian pesan dalam video sangat dipengaruhi oleh karakteristik audiens, karakteristik video, dan durasi tayang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh ketiga variabel tersebut terhadap pemahaman komunikasi audiens di Telkom Corporate University. Dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan analisis regresi linear, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, dengan karakteristik video (0,790) dan durasi video (0,787) sebagai faktor dominan dibandingkan karakteristik audiens (0,686). Durasi video menjadi faktor paling dominan, sedangkan kombinasi karakteristik video dan durasi memberikan pengaruh lebih besar dibanding karakteristik individu audiens. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya penyesuaian durasi dan kualitas video untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran melalui media digital.
dc.description.abstractThe utilization of learning videos in the corporate environment is growing along with the advancement of digital technology. However, the effectiveness of message delivery in videos is strongly influenced by audience characteristics, video characteristics, and broadcast duration. This study aims to analyze the influence of these three variables on the understanding of audience communication at Telkom Corporate University. Using a quantitative approach and linear regression analysis, the results show that the three variables have a positive and significant effect, with video characteristics (0.790) and video duration (0.787) as the dominant factors compared to audience characteristics (0.686). Video duration was the most dominant factor, while the combination of video characteristics and duration had a greater influence than individual audience characteristics. This finding emphasizes the importance of adjusting video duration and quality to improve the effectiveness of learning through digital media.
