      Abstract
      CV XYZ merupakan perusahaan manufaktur yang memproduksi tepung bumbu dan bumbu marinasi, dengan proses produksi yang masih mengandalkan tenaga kerja manual. Target produksi menjadi tantangan karena hasil nyata belum mencapai target yang ditetapkan. Salah satu penyebabnya adalah kondisi kerja yang tidak ergonomis, yang dapat menimbulkan cedera seperti postur duduk yang tidak tepat dan fasilitas kerja yang kurang sesuai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kondisi kerja dan merancang fasilitas kerja ergonomis guna meningkatkan kenyamanan pekerja dan pencapaian target produksi. Metode REBA digunakan untuk menilai risiko postur tubuh seperti leher, punggung, lengan, pergelangan tangan, dan kaki. Kuesioner NBM digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi keluhan otot pada tubuh pekerja, sedangkan pendekatan antropometri diterapkan untuk menyesuaikan desain alat dengan dimensi tubuh pengguna. Hasil yang didapatkan yaitu dua pekerja memiliki skor NBM tinggi, masing-masing 71 dan 70, dan berdasarkan analisis REBA keduanya berada pada tingkat risiko ergonomi yang signifikan. Pengukuran antropometri menunjukkan bahwa fasilitas kerja belum optimal sesuai dengan karakteristik fisik pekerja.
       
      CV XYZ is a manufacturing company that produces seasoning flpur and marinade, with production processes that still rely on manual labor. The production target is a challenge because the real results have not reached the set target. One of the causes is unergonomic eorking conditions, which can causes injureies such as improper sitting posture anda inappropriate work facilities. This study aims to identify working condition and design ergonomic work facilities to improve the comfort of workers and the achievement of production target. The REBA method is used to assess posture risks such as neck, trunk, arm, wrists, and legs. The NBM quistionaire is used to identify muscle complaints in the body of workers, while the antropomethric approach is applied to adjust the design of tools to the dimensions of user’s body. The result obtained were that two workers had high NBM scores, 71 and 70 respectively, and based on REBA analysis both were at a significant ergonomic risk level. Anthropometric measurements show that work facilities are not yet optimized according to the physical characteristics of workers.
