| dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan merancang sistem penggajian otomatis menggunakan Microsoft Excel pada PT RNR. Perusahaan menghadapi tantangan dalam pengelolaan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM), khususnya pada sistem penggajian karyawan. Pencatatan kehadiran masih dilakukan secara manual, di mana izin dan ketidakhadiran karyawan hanya disampaikan melalui aplikasi WhatsApp. Metode ini memiliki potensi terjadinya kehilangan data, pencatatan yang tidak akurat, yang akhirnya berdampak pada kualitas data kinerja karyawan dan meningkatkan potensi kesalahan dalam proses penggajian. Sistem yang dirancang mencakup fitur-fitur terintegrasi seperti database karyawan, pengelolaan absensi, rekapitulasi penggajian, hingga pencetakan slip gaji. Seluruh proses
penghitungan gaji dilakukan secara otomatis berdasarkan data absensi yang diinput oleh bagian AcFinTax, sehingga tidak lagi memerlukan perhitungan manual. Dengan menerapkan pendekatan System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) dan analisis SWOT. Hasil akhir menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini memberikan kemudahan operasional dan mendukung digitalisasi administrasi keuangan

| dc.description.abstract | This study aims to analyze and design an automated payroll system using Microsoft Excel at PT RNR. The company faces challenges in human resource (HR) management, particularly in the employee payroll process. Attendance is still recorded manually, with leave and absence information communicated through the WhatsApp application. This method poses a risk of data loss and inaccurate records, which ultimately impacts the quality of employee performance data and increases the potential for payroll errors. The designed system includes integrated features such as an employee database, attendance management, payroll recap, and payslip generation. The entire salary calculation process is automated based on attendance data inputted by the AcFinTax department, thus eliminating the need for manual calculations. The system was developed using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) approach and analyzed using a SWOT framework. The final results show that this system improves operational efficiency and supports the digitalization of the company’s financial administration. | |
