      Abstract
      Perkembangan teknologi digital menjadikan tiktok platform utama bagi Naomi Sonia (@whatspo0pin) untuk menyampaikan pesan visual yang menarik, dan penelitian ini mengkaji strategi kreatifnya dalam pembuatan konten video tiktok untuk menjangkau audiens secara optimal. Tujuan Laporan Akhir ini adalah untuk menganalisis strategi kreatif dan tahapan terbentuknya kreativitas beauty influencer @whatspo0pin dalam pembuatan konten video tiktok. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif melalui wawancara, observasi, studi pustaka, dan dokumentasi. Strategi kreatif Naomi diawali dimulai dengan teori proses kreatif Wallas meliputi riset dan verifikasi ide. Teori pembuatan konten video yaitu perencanaan, perekaman, editing, dan distribusi. Pola produksi yang konsisten, narasi ringan, dan pemilihan sound sesuai mencerminkan strategi terencana yang selaras dengan karakter platform dan ekspektasi audiens. Tahapan kreativitas Naomi melibatkan dimensi person, process, press, dan product, tercermin dalam gaya visual konsisten dan kualitas konten edukatif.
       
      The development of digital technology has made tiktok the primary platform for Naomi Sonia (@whatspo0pin) to deliver engaging visual messages. This study examines the creative strategies employed by @whatspo0pin in creating tiktok video content to effectively reach the audience. The objective of this final report is to analyze the creative strategies and stages of creativity formation applied by beauty influencer @whatspo0pin in producing tiktok video content. The research method used is qualitative, involving interviews, observation, literature review, and documentation. Naomi’s creative strategy begins with Wallas creative process theory, which includes research and idea verification. The video content creation process includes planning, recording, editing, and distribution. The consistent production pattern, light narration, and appropriate sound selection reflect a well planned strategy aligned with the platform's character and audience expectations. Naomi’s creative process encompasses the dimensions of person, process, press, and product, as reflected in her consistent visual style and the educational quality of her content.
