Analisis Perhitungan Harga Pokok Produksi menggunakan Metode Full Costing untuk Menentukan Harga Penjualan yang Terbaik pada UMKM Binsfood

Abstract

Akuntansi Biaya tidak hanya berkembang di perusahaan tetapi juga terus berkembang di Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) sebagai alat bantu dalam pengambilan keputusan usaha. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perhitungan Harga Pokok Produksi (HPP) pada UMKM Binsfood menggunakan metode full costing, serta menentukan harga penjualan yang terbaik berdasarkan hasil perhitungan tersebut. Dalam pelaksanaanya, penulis merancang sistem pencatatan dan perhitungan biaya produksi berbasis Microsoft Excel. Aplikasi ini mencakup pencatatan bahan baku, tenaga kerja langsung, serta biaya overhead produksi, yang disusun secara terstruktur dan mudah dioperasikan. Pendekatan ini membantu UMKM yang belum memiliki sistem pencatatan akuntansi formal untuk tetap mendapatkan hasil perhitungan yang akurat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode full costing yang di implementasikan melalui Microsoft Excel memberikan informasi biaya yang lebih rinci dan akurat dibandingkan pencatatan manual sebelumnya. Dengan demikian, UMKM dapat menetapkan harga jual yang lebih kompetitif sekaligus menjaga keberlanjutan usaha.

Cost accounting is not only evolving in large-scale enterprises but is also becoming increasingly important fo Micro, Small and Mendium Enterprises (MSMEs) as a decision making tool. This study aims to analyze the calculation of the Cost of Production (COP) at MSMEs Binsfood using the full costing method, and to determine the most appropriate selling price based on the results of the analysis. In this research, the author designed a cost recording and calculation tool using Microsoft Excel. The application includes modules for recording raw materials, direct labor, manufacturing overhead, structured in an integrated and user-friendly format. This approach helps MSMEs without formal accounting systems to obtain more accurate cost information. The results show that the full costing method implemented through the excel-based system provides more detailed and accurate cost data compared to the previous manual method. As a results, the business can set more competitive selling price while supporting long-term suistainability.
