Perancangan Laporan Keuangan Berbasis Microsoft Access pada UMKM ABC Motor

Abstract

ABC Motor, sebuah UMKM yang bergerak di bidang penjualan sparepart kendaraan, menghadapi tantangan dalam pengelolaan laporan keuangan akibat penggunaan metode pencatatan manual. Metode ini cenderung memakan waktu, rawan kesalahan manusia, dan kurang efisien dalam menghasilkan laporan keuangan yang akurat. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, pemanfaatan Microsoft Access menjadi solusi yang tepat, karena dapat mengotomatisasi pencatatan transaksi serta menyimpan dan mengelola data keuangan secara lebih sistematis. Dengan sistem berbasis Microsoft Access, ABC Motor dapat menyusun laporan keuangan secara otomatis, termasuk Laporan Laba Rugi, dan Neraca. Sistem ini memungkinkan pemantauan kondisi keuangan secara real-time, mempercepat proses pelaporan, dan meminimalkan risiko kesalahan pencatatan. Selain meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, sistem ini juga mendukung pengambilan keputusan yang lebih tepat oleh pemilik usaha, karena data yang disajikan lebih akurat dan mudah diakses.

With a Microsoft Accessbased system, ABC Motor can automatically prepare financial reports, including Profit and Loss Reports, and Balance Sheets. This system allows real-time monitoring of financial conditions, speeds up the reporting process, and minimizes the risk of recording errors. In addition to increasing operational efficiency, this system also supports more appropriate decision-making by business owners, because the data presented is more accurate and easily accessible. Thus, the application of this technology plays an important role in supporting the sustainability and development of ABC Motor's business in the future
