dc.description.abstractDalam era digital, teknologi informasi dan komunikasi telah menjadi bagian penting dalam berbagai sektor, termasuk bisnis jasa laundry. Siaga Laundry, sebagai salah satu penyedia jasa laundry di lingkungan kompetitif, menghadapi tantangan dalam menjaga kualitas layanan dan efisiensi operasional. Proses pembuatan struk yang masih dilakukan secara manual menimbulkan risiko kesalahan pencatatan dan keterlambatan transaksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dokumen dasar terkait jasa laundry, sistem pembelian dan pemakaian stok barang, serta merancang sistem pembuatan struk berbasis Microsoft Excel Macro. Metode yang digunakan adalah System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) model waterfall, yang meliputi tahap analisis, desain, pengkodean, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi yang dikembangkan mampu meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi dalam pencatatan keuangan, pembelian, serta pengelolaan stok barang di Siaga Laundry. Dengan demikian, penggunaan Microsoft Excel Macro merupakan solusi tepat dalam mendukung operasional bisnis laundry secara lebih akurat dan terintegrasi.
dc.description.abstractIn the digital era, information and communication technology has become an important part of various sectors, including the laundry service business. Siaga Laundry, as one of the laundry service providers in a competitive environment, faces challenges in maintaining service quality and operational efficiency. The process of making receipts that is still done manually poses a risk of recording errors and transaction delays. This research aims to identify basic documents related to laundry services, the system of purchasing and using stock of goods, and designing a receipt making system based on Microsoft Excel Macro. The method used is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) waterfall model, which includes the analysis, design, coding, testing, and maintenance stages. The results of the implementation show that the application developed is able to increase the effectiveness and efficiency in financial recording, purchasing, and stock management at Siaga Laundry. Thus, the use of Microsoft Excel Macro is the right solution to support laundry business operations more accurately and integrated.
