dc.description.abstractUsaha mikro, kecil dan menengah (UMKM) merupakan sektor penopang ekonomi nasional yang berperan penting dalam mendorong ekonomi inklusif dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat Indonesia. Beberapa permasalahan dihadapi oleh salah satu UMKM Cemerlang Plafon PVC seperti kesalahan pembelian barang, kesalahan pencatatan barang, dan terjadinya fraud. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyusun SOP persediaan. Metode yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi, studi dokumentasi, dan studi kepustakaan. Hasil identifikasi menjelaskan jika proses pengelolaan persediaan di Cemerlang Plafon PVC memiliki permasalahan dan kelemahan internal seperti ketidakjelasan tugas karyawan, otorisasi dan pencatatan administrasi yang lemah. Penelitian ini menyusun SOP persediaan beserta usulan kebijakan dan dokumen yang mengatur pengadaan barang, pengeluaran barang, retur barang, dan stock opname. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan kepada Cemerlang Plafon PVC untuk sebaiknya menerapkan SOP persediaan dan memberikan pendampingan dalam pengelolaan persediaan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi usaha dan meminimalisasi fraud.
dc.description.abstractMicro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) are the supporting sector of the national economy which plays an important role in encouraging an inclusive economy and improving the welfare of the Indonesian people. Several problems are faced by one of the Cemerlang PVC Ceiling MSMEs such as errors in purchasing goods, errors in recording goods, and fraud. This study aims to develop an inventory SOP. The methods used are interviews, observations, documentation studies, and literature studies. The identification results explain that the inventory management process at Cemerlang Plafon PVC has internal problems and weaknesses such as unclear employee duties, weak authorization and administrative records. This study compiles an inventory SOP along with proposed policies and documents that regulate the procurement of goods, release of goods, returns, and stock-taking. This study recommends that Cemerlang Plafon PVC should implement the inventory SOP and provide assistance in inventory management to improve business efficiency and minimize fraud.
