      Abstract
      Pemberian upah pokok sangat penting dalam meningkatkan motivasi dan produktivitas karyawan. Selain itu, pemberian bonus berdasarkan data absensi yang mencerminkan kedisiplinan kerja juga dapat meningkatkan semangat kerja. Penelitian ini mengembangkan sistem absensi berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) yang terintegrasi dengan metode Fuzzy Mamdani untuk menentukan bonus upah. Sistem menggunakan sensor sidik jari AS608 dan mikrokontroler ESP8266 untuk mencatat kehadiran secara otomatis dan mengirim data ke database. Perhitungan bonus dilakukan melalui platform web menggunakan dua variabel input, yaitu jam kerja dan kehadiran. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan sistem ini mampu menghitung bonus secara efisien, dan akurat. Sistem diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kedisiplinan karyawan dan memudahkan perusahaan dalam evaluasi kinerja.
       
      Providing basic wages is essential in increasing employee motivation and productivity. In addition, offering bonuses based on attendance data reflecting work discipline can further enhance work enthusiasm. This study develops an Internet of Things (IoT)-based attendance system integrated with the Mamdani fuzzy method to determine wage bonuses. The system uses an AS608 fingerprint sensor and an ESP8266 microcontroller to automatically record attendance and send data to a database. Bonus calculations are performed via a web platform using two input variables: working hours and attendance. Test results show that the system can calculate bonuses fairly, efficiently, and accurately. The system is expected to improve employee discipline and assist companies in performance evaluation.
