dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini membahas strategi pengelolaan media sosial Fraksi Partai Demokrat DPR RI di era digital, dengan fokus pada platform Instagram, TikTok, dan X yang memiliki jumlah pengikut terbanyak. Meskipun media sosial telah digunakan secara aktif untuk menyampaikan informasi dan sikap politik, interaksi publik yang terbangun masih terbatas. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis strategi pengelolaan media sosial fraksi dengan menggunakan Teori Manajemen Media Sosial oleh Friedrichsen & Wolfgang serta Teori Interaktivitas oleh McMillan (2006) sebagai acuan, melalui pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dokumentasi, studi pustaka, dan analisis dashboard NoLimit. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fraksi telah memiliki nilai komunikasi yang jelas dan mulai menyesuaikan konten dengan karakteristik tiap platform, namun masih perlu penguatan pada segmentasi audiens, peningkatan interaksi dua arah, serta pemanfaatan data analitik untuk memperkuat komunikasi publik yang lebih interaktif dan responsif.
dc.description.abstractThis study examines the social media management strategy of the Democratic Party Faction of the Indonesian House of Representatives (Fraksi Partai Demokrat DPR RI) in the digital era, focusing on Instagram, TikTok, and X as the platforms with the highest number of followers. Although these platforms have been actively utilized to convey political messages and activities, public interaction remains relatively limited. The research aims to analyze the faction’s social media strategy by applying the Social Media Management Theory by Friedrichsen & Wolfgang and the Interactivity Theory by McMillan (2006) as analytical frameworks. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation, documentation, literature review, and analysis via the NoLimit dashboard. Findings reveal that the faction has established clear communication values and has begun tailoring content based on the distinct characteristics of each platform. However, there is still room for improvement in audience segmentation, fostering two-way interaction, and utilizing analytic tools to strengthen a more interactive and responsive digital communication approach.
