      Analisis Perawatan Mesin Stamp Chassis Menggunakan Metode Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) dan FMEA di PT XYZ

      Abstract
      Mesin Stamp Chassis sering mengalami kerusakan yang menyebabkan terhambatnya keberlangsungan operasional. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan tindakan pada komponen kritis dan menentukan interval perawatan dengan metode RCM dan FMEA. Dari hasil analisis FMEA menunjukkan bahwa clamper memiliki nilai RPN sebesar 336, power supply sebesar 120, PLC set sebesar 168, solenoid valve sebesar 150, xy belt dengan sebesar 240, spring balance sebesar 140, dan RPN terendah yaitu control cable sebesar 36. Setelah dilakukan perhitungan menggunakan RCM, jadwal pemeliharaan mesin Stamp Chassis pada komponen power supply dilakukan pada hari ke- 59 dengan tindakan pemeliharaan berupa condition directed, PLC set pada hari ke- 8 dengan pemeliharaan berupa finding failure, control cable pada hari ke- 29 dengan tindakan berupa condition directed, Clamper pada hari ke- 16 dengan pemeliharaan berupa time directed, solenoid valves pada hari ke- 20 dengan tindakan berupa time directed, xy belt pada hari ke- 47 dengan tindakan pemeliharaan berupa time directed, spring balance pada hari ke- 117 dengan tindakan pemeliharaan berupa finding failure.
       
      Stamp Chassis machines often experience damage which causes obstacles to operational continuity. The purpose of this research is to determine the action on critical components and determine maintenance intervals with RCM and FMEA methods. The results of the FMEA analysis show that the clamper has an RPN value of 336, power supply of 120, PLC set of 168, solenoid valve of 150, xy belt with 240, spring balance of 140 [U1], and the lowest RPN is the control cable of 36. After calculating using RCM, the maintenance schedule for the Stamp Chassis machine on the power supply component is carried out on day 59 with maintenance action in the form of condition directed, PLC set on day 8 with maintenance in the form of finding failure, control cable on day 29 with action in the form of condition directed, Clamper on day 16 with maintenance in the form of time directed, solenoid valves on day 20 with action in the form of time directed, xy belt on day 47 with maintenance action in the form of time directed, spring balance on day 117 with maintenance action in the form of finding failure.
