      Pemetaan Genangan Banjir Periodik dan Permanen Menggunakan Model LISFLOOD-FP (Studi Kasus: Pesisir Muara Gembong, Bekasi)

      Abstract
      Banjir rob merupakan fenomena tergenangnya daratan secara periodik akibat kejadian pasang tinggi yang terjadi di wilayah pesisir, salah satunya Kecamatan Muara Gembong. Kejadian banjir rob semakin meningkat akibat kenaikan muka laut karena pemanasan global yang perlahan akan menyebabkan tergenangnya daratan secara permanen. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi serta memproyeksikan sebaran area yang tergenang secara permanen dan periodik di Kecamatan Muara Gembong, Bekasi. Laju kenaikan muka laut global di pesisir Bekasi sebesar 4,76 mm/tahun, adapun perubahan muka laut regionalnya sebesar 3,74 mm/tahun. Berdasarkan laju kenaikan muka laut, diprediksi tinggi genangan banjir rob akibat kenaikan muka laut pada tahun 2030, 2040 dan 2050 secara berurut mencapai 0,27 m, 0,37 m dan 0,46 m. Pada tahun 2030, 2040 dan 2050 secara berurut diprediksi bahwa Kecamatan Muara Gembong tergenang banjir rob secara permanen seluas 20 ha, 20,2 ha dan 20,5 ha. Selain genangan permanen, berdasarkan hasil perhitungan diprediksi bahwa kejadian pasang juga semakin meningkat, sehingga tahun 2023 dan 2050 banjir rob akan menggenangi wilayah seluas 47,8 ha dan 83,3 ha. Hasil pemodelan LISFLOOD-FP menunjukkan wilayah yang terkena dampak banjir rob diantaranya, Desa Pantai Bahagia, Desa Pantai Bakti, Desa Pantai Sederhana, Desa Pantai Mekar, dan Desa Pantai Harapan Jaya.
       
      Tidal flooding is a phenomenon of periodic land inundation due to high tide events in coastal areas, including Muara Gembong District. Tidal floods are increasing due to rising sea levels caused by global warming, which will slowly cause permanent land inundation. This study aims to identify and project the distribution of areas that will be permanently and periodically submerged in Muara Gembong District, Bekasi. The global sea level rise rate in the Bekasi coastal area is 4.76 mm/year, while regional sea level change is 3.74 mm/year. Based on this rate, it is predicted that the height of tidal flood inundation in 2030, 2040, and 2050 will reach 0.27 m, 0.37 m, and 0.46 m, respectively. In 2030, 2040, and 2050, Muara Gembong District is expected to be permanently inundated over areas of 20 ha, 20.2 ha, and 20.5 ha, respectively. In addition to permanent inundation, calculations predict that tidal events will increase, causing tidal floods to inundate 47.8 ha in 2023 and 83.3 ha by 2050. The results of LISFLOOD-FP modeling show that areas affected by tidal floods include Pantai Bahagia Village, Pantai Bakti Village, Pantai Sederhana Village, Pantai Mekar Village, and Pantai Harapan Jaya Village.
