      Abstract
      PT Sumco Indonesia, sebuah perusahaan manufaktur wafer silikon monocrystalline, mengalami kesulitan dalam pengelolaan suku cadang mesin karena sistem yang tidak terotomatisasi sepenuhnya. Proses pengelolaan suku cadang yang dilakukan secara manual menggunakan Microsoft Access dan Excel menyebabkan inefisiensi dan risiko kesalahan manusia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan sistem manajemen inventori berbasis web yang terintegrasi untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode waterfall, yang mencakup tahap-tahap analisis kebutuhan, desain, implementasi, pengujian, dan penerapan sistem. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dikembangkan mampu meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan suku cadang, mempercepat proses input data, serta meminimalkan kesalahan pencatatan dan pelaporan. Sistem ini juga menyediakan pelacakan stok secara real-time dan proses pengajuan barang keluar yang lebih cepat. Implementasi sistem ini berkontribusi pada pengelolaan suku cadang yang lebih akurat dan aman di PT Sumco Indonesia.
       
      PT Sumco Indonesia, a manufacturer of monocrystalline silicon wafers, faces challenges in managing machine spare parts due to a not fully automated system. The spare part management process, which is manually handled using Microsoft Access and Excel, leads to inefficiencies and human error risks. This research aims to design and develop an integrated web-based inventory management system to address these issues. The waterfall method was used, encompassing stages such as requirement analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and deployment. The results show that the developed system significantly improves spare part management efficiency, reduces data input, and minimizes errors in recording and reporting. The system also provides real-time stock tracking and speeds up the goods withdrawal process. The implementation of this system contributes to more accurate and secure spare part management at PT Sumco Indonesia
