      Abstract
      RAHMADANI SIREGAR. Produksi Ikan Nila Oreochromis niloticus di Peternak Nila Sukses, Deli Serdang, Sumatera Utara. Dibimbing oleh ANDRI HENDRIANA dan IMA KUSUMANTI. Ikan nila merupakan komoditas unggulan perikanan dengan tingkat permintaan pasar yang terus meningkat, sehingga produktivitasnya harus dipacu terus menerus dengan berbagai teknologi akuakultur sistem intensif. Kegiatan wirausaha pada kolam intensif produktivitas tinggi dan memenuhi kebutuhan pasar. Peternak nila Sukses merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang produksi ikan nila sistem intensif. Kegiatan produksi berupa persiapan wadah, penebaran benih, pemberian pakan, pengelolaan kualitas air, pemantauan pertumbuhan dan, pemanenan. Pemasaran dilakukan secara offline dan online. Penjualan ikan nila meliputi daerah Kabupaten Deli Serdang dan Kota Medan. Hasil penjualan diperoleh revenue cost (R/C) ratio siklus 1 sebesar 1,25 dengan harga pokok produksi (HPP) Rp23.945 R/C ratio siklus 2 sebesar 1,29 dengan HPP sebesar Rp23.201. Kegiatan produksi ikan nila di Peternak Nila Sukses mendapat keuntungan pada siklus 1 sebesar Rp29.608.733 siklus-1 dan siklus 2 sebesar Rp34.097.273 siklus-1.
       
      RAHMADANI SIREGAR. Production of Tilapia Oreochromis niloticus at Sukses Tilapia Farmers, Deli Serdang, North Sumatra. Supervised by ANDRI HENDRIANA and IMA KUSUMANTI. Tilapia is a leading fisheries commodity with increasing market demand, so its productivity must be boosted continuously with various intensive system aquaculture technologies. Entrepreneurial activities in intensive ponds are high productivity and meet market needs. Successful tilapia farmer is a company engaged in intensive system tilapia production. Production activities include container preparation, seed stocking, feeding, water quality management, growth monitoring and harvesting. Marketing is done offline and online. Tilapia sales cover Deli Serdang Regency and Medan City. Sales results obtained revenue cost (R/C) ratio cycle 1 of 1.25 with a cost of goods produced (COGS) of Rp23.945 R /C ratio cycle 2 of 1.29 with COGS of Rp23.201. Tilapia production activities at Successful Tilapia Farmers made a profit in cycle 1 of Rp29.608.733 cycle-1 and cycle 2 of Rp34097.273 cycle-1.
