      Optimasi Cutting Stock Persegi Panjang Pola Umum Dua Tahap

      Abstract
      Masalah pemotongan stok (cutting stock) persegi panjang dua dimensi merupakan permasalahan optimasi pemotongan bahan yang berfokus pada pola pemotongan panjang dan lebar. Pemotongan stok dua dimensi ini dapat diselesaikan dengan pola umum dua tahap dan setiap item diizinkan dapat diputar 90°. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah megoptimalkan pemotongan stok persegi panjang dua dimensi dengan pendekatan integer linear programming (ILP). Metode ILP diimplementasikan pada permasalahan RB Group menggunakan bantuan bahasa pemrograman Python 3.10 untuk menentukan pola pemotongan dan perangkat lunak optimisasi Lingo 18.0 untuk mendapatkan hasil yang optimal. Hasil yang diperoleh memberikan sisa pemotongan sebesar 2,64 % dari total bahan kain yang digunakan. Kata kunci: cutting stock problem, integer linear programming, pola umum dua tahap
       
      The two-dimensional rectangular cutting stock problem is a cutting optimization problem that focuses on length and width cutting patterns. This problem can be solved with a general two-stage pattern and each item is allowed to be rotated 90°. The aim of this research is to optimize two-dimensional cutting stock using an integer linear programming (ILP) approach. The ILP method was implemented on the RB Group problem using the Python 3.10 programming language to determine cutting patterns and Lingo 18.0 optimization software to obtain optimal results. The results obtained provide a residual cutting of 2.64% of the total fabric used. Keywords: cutting stock problem, integer linear programming, general two-stage pattern
