      Membangun Usaha Budidaya Ikan Nila Oreochromis niloticus dengan Sistem Bioflok di Kota Pekanbaru, Riau

      Abstract
      Kenaikan produksi ikan nila dari tahun ke tahun mengalami kenaikan seiring meningkatnya pembudidaya ikan nila. Kegiatan ini bertujuan membangun usaha budidaya ikan nila konsumsi, menumbuhkan pengalaman, pengetahuan, dan keterampilan dalam memproduksi ikan nila dan untuk mendapatkan keuntungan. Usaha pembesaran ikan nila dilakukan mulai dari persiapan wadah dan media air produksi; penebaran benih; pemberian dan kultur probiotik pada pakan; monitoring kualitas air; pencegahan hama dan penyakit; monitoring kinerja pertumbuhan; pemanenan dan transportasi; pemasaran; dan kinerja usaha. Usaha yang dilakukan selama empat bulan menghasilkan 3.315 kg ikan dan dapat menyumbang produksi dan penjualan ikan nila konsumsi pada wilayah Kota Pekanbaru sekitar 1,5%. Hasil penjualan ikan nila dalam satu siklus menghasilkan penerimaan Rp89.505.000,00 dengan keuntungan Rp2.169.017,00 bulan-1.
       
      The increase in tilapia production over time has been accompanied by an increase in the number of tilapia farmers. The objective of this activity is to establish a tilapia consumption farming business, to cultivate expertise, knowledge, and skills in tilapia production, and to generate profit. The tilapia rearing business encompasses a series of activities, beginning with the preparation of containers and production water media, seed stocking, feeding, and probiotic culture in feed, monitoring water quality, preventing pests and diseases, monitoring growth performance, harvesting and transportation, marketing, and business performance. The business, which was conducted over a period of four months, produced 3,315 kg of fish. It is estimated that this could contribute to the production and sales of consumable tilapia in the Pekanbaru City area by approximately 1.5%. The revenue generated from the sale of tilapia in a single cycle was Rp89,505,000.00, with a profit of Rp2,169,017.00 month-1.
