Evaluasi Sistem Monitoring Supplies Menggunakan Metode PIECES di Departemen Produksi AL4 PT Amerta Indah Otsuka

Abstract

Departemen produksi AL4, merupakan departemen yang berada di PT Amerta Indah Otsuka yang masih mengalami kendala saat penyajian laporan karena pencatatan informasi supplies masih dilakukan secara manual. Dalam upaya meningkatkan efisiensi, departemen AL4 mengembangkan dan menerapkan sistem monitoring supplies berbasis website. Setelah implementasi sistem, evaluasi tingkat kepuasan pengguna sistem dilakukan menggunakan metode PIECES (Performance, Information, Economy, Control, Efficiency, Service). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi sistem monitoring supplies yang digunakan di Departemen Produksi AL4 PT Amerta Indah Otsuka, mengukur seberapa baik sistem dalam memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna dengan fokus khusus pada tingkat kepuasan pengguna. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa dari enam variabel yang dimiliki oleh metode PIECES memiliki rata-rata yaitu performance 4.07, information 4.12, economy 4.15, control 4.25, efficiency 4.15, services 4.19. Dengan tingkat kepuasan pengguna terhadap sistem moitoring supplies masuk dalam kategori puas.

The AL4 production department is a department at PT Amerta Indah Otsuka which is still experiencing problems when presenting reports because recording supplies information is still done manually. In an effort to increase efficiency, the AL4 department developed and implemented a website-based supplies monitoring system. After system implementation, evaluation of system user satisfaction levels is carried out using the PIECES (Performance, Information, Economy, Control, Efficiency, Service) method. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the supplies monitoring system used in the AL4 Production Department of PT Amerta Indah Otsuka, measuring how well the system meets user needs with a special focus on the level of user satisfaction. The research results showed that the average of the six variables owned by the PIECES method was performance 4.07, information 4.12, economy 4.15, control 4.25, efficiency 4.15, services 4.19. The level of user satisfaction with the supplies monitoring system is in the satisfied category.
