      Optimasi Kepadatan Rumput Laut Ulva lactuca sebagai Bioremediator pada Budidaya Udang Vaname Litopenaeus vannamei

      Abstract
      Udang merupakan salah satu komoditas sektor perikanan yang bernilai ekonomi tinggi. Untuk kebutuhan ekspor, udang diperoleh dari hasil budidaya di tambak. Kualitas lingkungan yang baik merupakan salah satu faktor keberhasilan budidaya. Persoalan yang muncul adalah akumulasi nutrient yang mengakibatkan penurunan kualitas air selama proses budidaya. Kegiatan proyek akhir ini untuk mencari solusi alternatif dalam mencegah penurunan kualitas air yang buruk dengan mengetahui pengaruh pemberian Ulva lactuca pada budidaya udang vaname dengan kepadatan berbeda terhadap bioremediator. Kegiatan dilaksanakan selama 5 bulan dengan menggunakan udang vaname berat rata-rata 2,36 ± 0,16 g. Udang diberi pakan dengan 4 perlakuan 3 ulangan yaitu, K , U100, U200 . Hasil terbaik ditunjukkan pada kepadatan ulva perlakuan U100, dengan ini ulva lactuca sebagai bioremediator dapat berperan dalam mengontrol kualitas air.
       
      Shrimp is fisheries sector commod with high economic value. For export, shrimp are obtained from cultivation in ponds. Good environmental quality is one of the factors contributing to successful cultivation. The problem that arises is the accumulation of nutrients which results in a decrease in water quality during the cultivation process. This final project activity is to find alternative solutions to prevent a decrease in poor water quality by determining the effect of Ulva lactuca the cultivation of vaname shrimp with different densities on bioremediators. The activity was carried out for five months using Pacific whiteleg shrimp with an average body weight of 2.36 ± 0.16 g. Shrimp were fed with 4 treatments with three repetitions, without adding ulva (K), U100, U200. The best results were obtained for the density of ulva treatment U100. with this Ulva lactuca as a bioremediator can play a role in controlling water quality.
