      Abstract
      Kualitas udara yang baik sangat penting bagi kesehatan, terutama di lingkungan kerja seperti perkantoran dan area industri. Pencemaran udara yang tinggi dapat menyebabkan masalah kesehatan serius, seperti yang terjadi di Jakarta pada tahun 2023 dengan lonjakan kasus ISPA. PT Amerta Indah Otsuka menyadari pentingnya pemantauan kualitas udara di lingkungan kerjanya untuk menjaga kesehatan karyawan. Oleh karena itu, dikembangkanlah sistem monitoring kualitas udara berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) untuk memantau gas karbon monoksida (CO) dan karbon dioksida (CO2) di dalam ruangan. CO merupakan gas berbahaya yang dihasilkan dari pembakaran bahan bakar, sementara CO2 dihasilkan dari respirasi manusia dan polusi industri. Sistem ini menggunakan sensor untuk mengukur konsentrasi CO dan CO2, serta mengirimkan data secara real-time. Hasil pengembangan sistem ini menunjukkan bahwa data kualitas udara dapat dipantau secara langsung, memberikan informasi penting kepada karyawan, dan meningkatkan kesadaran akan pentingnya menjaga kualitas udara.
       
      Air quality is crucial for health, especially in workplaces such as offices and industrial areas. High air pollution can lead to severe health issues, as seen in Jakarta in 2023 with the surge in acute respiratory infections. PT Amerta Indah Otsuka recognizes the importance of air quality monitoring in its work environment to protect employee health. Therefore, an Internet of Things (IoT)-based air quality monitoring system was developed to monitor carbon monoxide (CO) and carbon dioxide (CO2) gasses indoors. CO is a hazardous gas produced from fuel combustion, while CO2 is generated from human respiration and industrial pollution. This system uses sensors to measure CO and CO2 concentrations and transmits data in real-time. The results of this system development show that air quality data can be monitored directly, providing essential information to employees and raising awareness of the importance of maintaining air quality.
