      Abstract
      MUHAMMAD IQBAL. Pengukuran Waktu Baku Pada Inspeksi Botol X di PT XYZ. Dibimbing oleh ANTONYA RUMONDANG SINAGA. Waktu inspeksi botol yang terlalu lama menjadi salah satu masalah yang kerap terjadi pada perusahaan. Inspeksi botol di belum memiliki standarisasi untuk pengukuran waktu inspeksi sehingga waktu inspeksi tersebut menjadi terlambat. Dengan pengukuran waktu baku, maka akan didapatkan waktu pengerjaan inspeksi botol tanpa gangguan dan dengan toleransi waktu yang sudah ditetapkan. Penelitian ini difokuskan untuk mendapatkan waktu baku. Dengan menerapkan metode stopwatch diharapkan mendapatkan hasil waktu baku, yang dapat digunakan sebagai acuan dan meminimalisir keterlambatan waktu pengiriman yang disebabkan oleh keterlambatan waktu inspeksi.
       
      MUHAMMAD IQBAL. Evaluation Of Standardized Time Measurement In The Inspections Of Bottles X At PT XYZ. Supervised by ANTONYA RUMONDANG SINAGA. Extended inspection times for bottles have been a recurrent issue in the company. The bottle inspection lacks standardization in time measurement, leading to delays. By implementing standardized time measurement, it will be possible to determine the inspection time without disruptions and within predefined time tolerances. This research focuses on establishing standardized time measurements. Through the application of stopwatch methods, the aim is to obtain standardized time results, which can serve as references and minimize delivery delays caused by inspection time delays.
