      Abstract
      KELVIN SAMUDRA. Rancang Bangun Perangkat Pengawasan dan Kendali Jarak Jauh Peralatan Listrik Rumah Tangga. Dibimbing oleh Bapak ARDIAN ARIF SETIAWAN. Penggunaan peralatan listrik yang boros cenderung merugikan pemilik rumah tangga dan juga dapat merusak peralatan listrik. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan perangkat pendukung yang dapat mengatur penggunaan listrik dengan menggunakan ponsel dan dapat diakses dari jarak jauh. Penelitian bertujuan untuk membuat perangkat yang dilakukan melalui proses perancangan perangkat pengawasan dan kendali jarak jauh peralatan listrik rumah tangga, membangun modul penyimpanan dengan menggunakan platform Blynk, serta menganalisis hasil perbandingan tingkat akurasi dari waktu yang diatur dari platform Blynk terhadap hasil penggunaan perangkat menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dirancang memiliki tingkat akurasi dan keandalan yang tinggi, dengan kesalahan minimal dalam pengukuran dan pengendalian. Sistem ini tidak hanya berhasil meningkatkan efisiensi energi, tetapi juga menawarkan solusi praktis bagi manajemen energi rumah tangga modern.       KELVIN SAMUDRA. Design and Development of Remote Monitoring and Control System for Household Electrical Appliances. Supervised by Mr. ARDIAN ARIF SETIAWAN. The use of inefficient electrical appliances tends to harm homeowners and can also cause damage to the equipment itself. Therefore, there is a need for a supporting device that can manage electricity usage via a mobile phone and be accessed remotely. This research aims to develop such a device through the design of a remote monitoring and control system for household electrical appliances, the construction of a storage module using the Blynk platform, and the analysis of accuracy by comparing scheduled times on the Blynk platform with actual device usage, employing descriptive analysis methods. The research results indicate that the system designed offers high levels of accuracy and reliability, with minimal errors in measurement and control. This system not only improves energy efficiency but also provides a practical solution for modern household energy management.
