dc.description.abstractPenyebab kecelakaan kerja disebabkan oleh unsafe action dan unsafe condition. Berdasarkan data kecelakaan kerja perusahaan, pada tahun 2023 terjadi beberapa kasus kecelakaan yang diakibatkan dari unsafe action. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi perilaku keselamatan kerja karyawan dan merumuskan strategi terbaik. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode analisis SWOT (strength, weakness, opportunity, and threat) untuk menentukan faktor internal dan faktor eksternal perusahaan serta analisi AHP (analytical hierarchy process) untuk menentukan strategi terbaik. Hasil perhitungan faktor internal dan eksternal diperoleh skor 2,06 dan 3,37 yang menunjukkan bahwa posisi internal perusahaan lemah, sehingga menghasilkan 12 strategi alternatif. Dukungan manajemen terhadap program K3 memberikan kontribusi dalam meningkatkan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja. Perilaku aman dipengaruhi oleh komitmen manajemen dan partisipasi karyawan yang dapat ditingkatkan melalui pemberan reward dan punishment. Kolaborasi antar alternatif strategi mampu menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang lebih aman dan produktif, sehingga mampu mengurangi kecelakaan kerja yang disebabkan dari berperilaku aman.
dc.description.abstractThe cause of work accidents is caused by unsafe actions and unsafe conditions. Based on company work accident data, in 2023 there will be several cases of accidents resulting from unsafe actions. This study aims to identify factors that can affect employee occupational safety behavior and formulate the best strategies. The research method uses the SWOT analysis method (strength, weakness, opportunity, and threat) to determine the company's internal and external factors as well as AHP (analytical hierarchy process) analysis to determine the best strategies. The results of the calculation of internal and external factors obtained scores of 2.06 and 3.37 which indicate that the company's internal position is weak, resulting in 12 alternative strategies. Management support for the K3 program contributes to improving occupational safety and health. Safe behavior is influenced by management commitment and employee participation which can be improved through the provision of rewards and punishments. Collaboration between alternative strategies is able to create a safer and more productive work environment, thereby reducing work accidents caused by safe behavior.
