| dc.description.abstract | Budidaya ikan koridoras adolfoi saat ini sudah banyak dibudidayakan oleh
masyarakat umum, namun informasi dan teknik budidayanya masih belum banyak
diketahui sehingga hasilnya belum optimal. Proses inkubasi telur ikan koridoras
adolfoi saat ini masih sering terdapat kendala di pembudidaya terutama dalam
proses inkubasi telur yaitu waktu penetasannya berjalan lambat, derajat
penetasannya rendah, dan kelangsungan hidup larvanya rendah. Tujuan dari
penelitian ini adalah bertujuan untuk mendapatkan suhu optimum terhadap kinerja
penetasan telur dan kelangsungan hidup larva ikan koridoras adolfoi. Percobaan ini
menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 perlakuan perbedaan
suhu, kontrol (24–26 °C), P1 (27–28 °C), P2 (29–30 °C), dan P3 (31–32 °C) dengan
3 ulangan. Waktu penetasan tercepat diperoleh pada perlakuan P2 (58±1,00 jam),
lama waktu penyerapan kuning telur tercepat diperolah pada perlakuan P2
(44,67±1,53 jam), daya tetas telur tertinggi diperoleh pada perlakuan kontrol yaitu
84,67±5,03%, dan kelangsungan hidup larva didapatkan hasil tidak berbeda nyata
yaitu (100±00). Kesimpulan, suhu optimum pada parameter derajat penetasan,
waktu penetasan, lama waktu penyerapan kuning telur, dan kelangsungan hidup
larva yang mampu medapatkan hasil terbaik pada suhu 24–26 °C. | |
| dc.description.abstract | Corydoras adolfoi fish cultivation is currently widely cultivated by the
general public, however information and cultivation techniques are still not widely
known so the results are not yet optimal. The process of incubating the eggs of the
Corydoras Adolfoi fish currently still often has problems for farmers, especially in
the egg incubation process, namely the hatching time is slow, the hatching rate is
low, and the survival of the larvae is low. The aim of this research is to obtain the
optimum temperature for egg hatching performance and survival of adolfoi
corydoras fish larvae. This experiment used a Completely Randomized Design
(CRD) with 4 different temperature treatments, control (24–26 °C), P1(27–28 °C),
P2 (29–30 °C), and P3 (31–32 °C) with 3 repetitions. The fastest hatching time was
obtained in the P2 treatment (58 ± 1.00 hours), the fastest egg yolk absorption time
was obtained in the P2 treatment (44.67 ± 1.53 hours), the highest egg hatchability
was obtained in the control treatment, namely 84.67 ± 5.03%, and the results
obtained for larval survival were not significantly different, namely (100 ± 00). In
conclusion, the optimum temperature parameters for degree of hatching, hatching
time, length of time for egg yolk absorption, and larval survival are capable of
getting the best results at a temperature of 24–26 °C. | |
