dc.description.abstractIkan koi Cyprinus rubrofuscus menjadi komoditas yang diminati di Indonesia karena memiliki banyak varietas, salah satunya asagi. Varietas ini masih jarang dikembangkan dibanding varietas lainnya. Perlu adanya upaya lebih lanjut optimasi teknik pemeliharaan ikan koi varietas asagi tersebut. Hasil dari upaya optimasi tersebut diharapkan dapat menjadi informasi baru mengenai banyak hal seputar ikan koi varietas asagi. Kegiatan proyek akhir ini dilaksanakan pada Januari hingga Maret 2024 di Bandung Timur Koi. Proyek akhir ini dilakukan dengan melakukan observasi, pengamatan, dan pemeliharaan pada ikan koi khususnya varietas asagi. Output dari proyek akhir ini berupa buku teknis yang mengulas aktivitas budidaya dan pemeliharaan ikan koi varietas asagi. Budidaya ikan koi meliputi pemeliharaan induk, pemijahan, penetasan telur, pemeliharaan benih, serta pemanenan. Induk yang dipelihara berasal dari pembudidaya koi di Jepang dan hasil produksi Bandung Timur Koi. Hasil pengamatan proyek akhir di Bandung Timur Koi didapat bahwa sebanyak 86% ikan koi asagi hasil panen layak dibesarkan dan dijual.
dc.description.abstractCyprinus rubrofuscus koi fish has become a commodity that is in demand in Indonesia because it has many varieties, one of which is asagi. This variety is still rarely developed compared to other varieties. Further efforts are needed to optimize the maintenance techniques for the Asagi variety of koi fish. It is hoped that the results of these optimization efforts will provide new information regarding many things regarding the Asagi variety of koi fish. This final project activity will be carried out from January to March 2024 in East Bandung Koi. This final project was carried out by observing, monitoring and maintaining koi fish, especially the Asagi variety. Output This final project is in the form of a technical book that reviews the activities of cultivating and maintaining the Asagi variety of koi fish. Koi fish cultivation includes raising broodstock, spawning, hatching eggs, raising fry, and harvesting. The broodstock that are kept come from koi breeders in Japan and are produced by East Bandung Koi. The results of the final project observations in East Bandung Koi found that as many as 86% of the Asagi koi fish harvested were suitable for being raised and sold.
