      Abstract
      RAFI RASYID PARMANA. Sistem Penghitung Otomatis Kotak Kardus Air Mineral di PT. Nirwana Tirta. Dibimbing oleh BAYU WIDODO. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan alat penghitung otomatis kotak kardus air mineral di PT. Nirwana Tirta. Latar belakang permasalahan meliputi kebutuhan untuk meningkatkan akurasi dalam proses produksi, serta mengurangi risiko pemalsuan data yang sering terjadi pada sistem perhitungan manual. Alat ini menggunakan sensor inframerah E18-D80NK untuk mendeteksi kotak kardus yang melewati konveyor, yang kemudian diproses oleh mikrokontroler ESP32. Hasil perhitungan ditampilkan pada layar LCD dan dikirimkan ke platform website untuk pemantauan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa alat ini mampu meningkatkan operasional pabrik, memastikan keandalan data produksi, dan menyediakan akses pemantauan real-time. Implikasi dari temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan sistem otomatisasi dalam perhitungan produksi dapat memberikan manfaat signifikan dalam pengelolaan operasional pabrik.
       
      This research aims to design and implement an automatic website-based production counter for mineral water boxes at PT. Nirwana Tirta. The background issue involves the need to enhance accuracy in the production process and reduce the risk of data falsification often associated with manual counting systems. The device employs an E18-D80NK inframerah sensor to detect boxes passing on the conveyor, which are then processed by an ESP32 microcontroller. The counting results are displayed on a LCD screen and transmitted to a website platform for remote monitoring. The research findings indicate that this device can improve employee efficiency, ensure the reliability of production data, and provide real-time monitoring access. The implications of these findings suggest that the implementation of automated counting systems can offer significant benefits in managing factory operations.
