      Perancangan Sistem Informasi Akuntansi Barang Dagang Masuk dan Keluar pada Kopkar Goodyear

      Abstract
      Dalam memberikan pelayanan terbaik kepada konsumen dibutuhkan suatu sistem informasi akuntansi persedian yang baik, handal dan bermanfaat untuk menghasilkan informasi yang baik dan terpercaya. Pada Kopkar Goodyear ditemukan adanya permasalahan pada proses penerimaan dan pengeluaran barang area gudang, metode FIFO yang diterapkan selama ini tidak berjalan semestinya. Tujuan penelitian yaitu menganalisis kebutuhan, merancang, menguji dan meingimplementasikan sistem informasi akuntansi barang dagang masuk dan keluar dengan menggunakan metode waterfall. Aplikasi GoodKop dapat menampilkan laporan berdasarkan tanggal masuk yang berisikan tanggal kedaluwarsa dan letak nomor rak gudang. Report-nya dapat digunakan sebagai bahan evaluasi agar pengawasan persediaan dapat berjalan konsisten. Hasil pengujian dengan metode black box testing menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dibangun telah sesuai dengan perancangan. Terdapat perubahan pada sistem pengelolaan inventory setelah adanya aplikasi berbasis web mulai dari segi pengawasan yang lebih terpantau hingga efektivitas kegunaan gudang.
       
      In providing the best service to consumers, a good, reliable and useful inventory accounting information system is needed to produce good and reliable information. In Kopkar Goodyear, there are problems in the process of receiving and releasing goods in the warehouse area, the FIFO method that has been applied so far is not running properly. The research objectives are to analyze the needs, design, test and implement an accounting information system for incoming and outgoing trade goods using the waterfall method. The GoodKop application can display reports based on the date of entry which contains the expiration date and the location of the warehouse shelf number. The report can be used as an evaluation material so that inventory control can run consistently. The test results using the black box testing method show that the system built is in accordance with the design. There are changes in the inventory management system after the web-based application, starting in terms of more monitored supervision to the effectiveness of warehouse use.
