Pengaruh Resources Capabillites Dan Project Management Competencies Terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan Konsultan Pengawas Konstruksi (Studi Kasus: PT Hariara Bona Perkasa)

Abstract

Konsultan Pengawas adalah badan usaha atau perorangan yang bertindak sebagai wakil bagi pemilik proyek dan penyedia jasa konstruksi (Kontraktor) untuk mengawasi proses pembangunan. Dalam pekerjaannya, konsultan pengawas memiliki tugas untuk memastikan pekerjaan sesuai dengan rencana mutu, rencana anggaran, rencana waktu dan pemenuhan kinerja perusahaan lainnya yang telah ditentukan sesuai dengan kontrak yang disusun oleh tim perencanaan. Kriteria hasil kerja yang baik atau buruk didasarkan pada metode kerja yang sesuai dengan Rencana Kerja dan Syarat (RKS). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Sumber Daya & Kemampuan dan Kompetensi Manajemen Proyek terhadap kinerja PT. HBP, serta menyusun strategi untuk meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan PT. HBP dalam menyelesaikan pelaksanaan pekerjaan pengawasan. Sampel dari penelitian ini terdiri dari beberapa tenaga kerja PT. HBP sesuai dengan klasifikasi kebutuhan penelitian, serta pihak-pihak yang terlibat dalam penyedia jasa konstruksi dan pemilik proyek. Data sampel yang diolah akan dianalisis menggunakan model persamaan struktural (SEM) dan juga program SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif antara kepemimpinan, manajemen waktu dan manajemen risiko yang termasuk dalam Resource & Capabilities dan Project Management Competencies terhadap kinerja perusahaan PT. Di sisi lain, hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif antara kepemimpinan, manajemen waktu dan manajemen risiko yang termasuk dalam Resource & Capabilities dan Project Management Competencies terhadap kinerja perusahaan PT. HBP. Di sisi lain, temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada pengaruh lain dari Sumber Daya & Kemampuan dan Kompetensi Manajemen Proyek, yaitu pengalaman perusahaan, sumber daya keuangan, manajemen biaya, manajemen kesehatan & keselamatan dan manajemen pengetahuan terhadap kinerja perusahaan PT. Hasil analisis penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor utama yang mempengaruhi kinerja perusahaan PT. HBP adalah manajemen risiko dengan nilai T-statistik 2,215 diikuti oleh Kepemimpinan 1,890 dan Manajemen Jadwal 1,179. Selanjutnya, prioritas tujuan utama adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan manajemen risiko dan prioritas strategi alternatif adalah meningkatkan kemampuan kepemimpinan dan manajemen waktu.

Supervisory Consultant is a business entity or individual that acts as a hand designation for project owners and construction service providers (Contractor) to supervise the development process. In their work, the supervisory consultant has the task of ensuring the work according to the quality plan, budget plan, time plan and other company performance fulfillment that has been determined in accordance with the contract prepared by the development planning team. The criteria for good or bad work results are based on the work method that is in accordance with the Work Plan and Conditions (RKS). This study aims to analyze the influence of Resource & Capabilities and Project Management Competencies on the performance of PT. HBP, as well as developing strategies to improve the company performance of PT. HBP in completing the implementation of supervision work.the sample from this study consists of several labor personnel of PT. HBP is in accordance with the classification of research needs, as well as the parties involved in construction service providers and project owners. The sample data processed will be analyzed using the structural Equation Model (SEM) and also the SPSS program. The results of this study show that there is a significant and positive influence between leadership, schedule management and risk management which is included in Resource & Capabilities and Project Management Competencies on the company performance of PT. HBP. On the other hand, the results of this study show that there is a significant and positive influence between leadership, schedule management and risk management which is included in Resource & Capabilities and Project Management Competencies on the company performance of PT. HBP. On the other hand, the findings of the study show that there is no other influence of Resource & Capabilities and Project Management Competencies, namely company experience, financial resources, cost management, Health & safety management and knowledge management on the company performance of PT. HBP. The results of the research analysis show that the main factors that affect the company performance of PT. HBP is risk management with a T-statistic value of 2.215 followed by Leadership 1.890 and Schedule management 1.179. Furthermore, the main goal priority is to improve risk management capabilities and the priority of alternative strategies is to increase leadership and schedule management capabilities
