      Metode Penentuan Kadar Ortofosfat Dengan Reduksi Asam Askorbat Dalam Air Laut Menggunakan Spektrofotometer Visible

      Abstract
      Kualitas air diharapkan selalu terjaga agar dapat bermanfaat secara berkelanjutan bagi kehidupan makhluk hidup. Ortofosfat merupakan bentuk senyawa anorganik dari bentuk fosfat yang merupakan salah satu cemaran dalam air jika kadarnya terlalu tinggi. Berdasarkan Peraturan Pemerintah Republik Indonesia Nomor 22 Tahun 2021 Tentang Penyelenggaraan Perlindungan dan Pengelolaan Lingkungan Hidup bahwa baku mutu ortofosfat dalam air laut yaitu sebesar 0,015 mg/L. Pengujian ortofosfat mengacu pada SNI 6989.31:2021 untuk air dan air limbah menggunakan metode reduksi asam askorbat dalam suasana asam. Pengujian dilakukan dengan menambahkan pereaksi campuran amonium molibdat-asam askorbat lalu diukur dengan spektrofotometer visible pada panjang gelombang 880 nm. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk melihat bagaimana hasil dari modifikasi matriks dan penurunan limit kuantifikasi (LOQ) terhadap metode acuan SNI 6989.31:2021 untuk penentuan ortofosfat dalam air laut. Seluruh parameter validasi yang meliputi linearitas, limit of linearity (LOL), limit of quantification (LOQ), method detection limit (MDL), presisi, akurasi (recovery), ketangguhan (ruggedness), dan ketahanan (robustness) telah memenuhi syarat keberterimaan.
       
      Water quality is expected to always be maintained so that it can be useful in a sustainable manner for the life of living things. Orthophosphate is an inorganic compound form of phosphate form which is one of the contaminants in water if the level is too high. Based on the Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 22 of 2021 concerning the Implementation of Environmental Protection and Management, the orthophosphate quality standard in seawater is 0.015 mg/L. Orthophosphate testing refers to SNI 6989.31: 2021 for water and wastewater using the ascorbic acid reduction method in an acidic atmosphere. The test was carried out by adding a mixture of ammonium molybdate-ascorbic acid and then measured with a visible spectrophotometer at ? 880 nm. This study was conducted with the aim of seeing how the results of matrix modification and decreasing the quantification limit (LOQ) against the SNI 6989.31:2021 reference method for determining orthophosphate in seawater. All validation parameters including linearity, limit of linearity (LOL), limit of quantification (LOQ), method detection limit (MDL), precision, accuracy (recovery), ruggedness, and robustness have met the requirements for acceptability.
