      Pengendalian Persediaan Bahan Baku Produk Super Tetra di PT Darya Varia Laboratoria

      Abstract
      PT Darya Varia Laboratoria merupakan perusahaan manufaktur yang bergerak dibidang farmasi. Perusahaan memiliki permasalahan pada pengendalian persediaan yaitu terjadinya stok berlebih. Salah satu produk yang memiliki tingkat penyimpanan tertinggi adalah Super Tetra dengan bahan bakunya yaitu Tetracycline, Gelatine, SYB Oil, dan HXN. Super Tetra memiliki karakteristik permintaan berfluktuatif dan lead time yang tidak tentu. Model pengendalian persediaan yang sesuai dengan karakteristik tersebut yaitu menggunakan model min-max. Supaya pengadaan bahan baku lebih efisien maka dilakukan perbandingan biaya persediaan yang dibutuhkan dari metode usulan dengan metode perusahaan. Hasil perhitungan stok pengaman perusahaan dan usulan didapatkan hasil bahwa metode usulan labih efisien dengan perbandingan untuk Tetracycline sebesar 1.499,44 kg, Gelatine 6.588,64 kg, SYB Oil 4.492,84 kg, dan HXN 1.575,03 kg. Kemudian untuk biaya persediaan juga didapatkan kesimpulan bahwa metode usulan lebih efisien daripada metode perusahaan.
       
      PT Darya Varia Laboratoria is a manufacturing company engaged in pharmaceuticals. The company has problems with inventory control, namely the occurrence of overstock. One of the products that has the highest storage level is Super Tetra with raw materials namely Tetracycline, Gelatine, SYB Oil, and HXN. Super Tetra has the characteristics of fluctuating demand and uncertain lead time. The inventory control model that matches these characteristics is using the min-max model. In order to make the procurement of raw materials more efficient, a comparison of the inventory costs required from the proposed method with the company's method is carried out. The results of the company's safety stock calculation and the proposal show that the proposed method is more efficient with a comparison for Tetracycline of 1.499,44 kg, Gelatine 6.588,64 kg, SYB Oil 4.492,84 kg, and HXN 1.575,03 kg. Then for inventory costs, it is also concluded that the proposed method is more efficient than the company's method.
