| dc.description.abstract | Ketersediaan pakan alami cacing sutra dipengaruhi oleh banyaknya bahan dan limbah organik yang dapat terkontaminasi oleh patogen. Formalin sendiri efektif digunakan untuk membasmi ektoparasit, namun penggunaanya harus hatihati serta pada konsentrasi yang tepat. Tujuan kegiatan problem solving untuk mendapatkan konsentrasi yang menekan parasit Ichthyophthirius multifiliis dan prosedur pembilasan yang baik pada pakan alami cacing sutra. Konsentrasi formalin terdapat 5 konsentrasi dari 10, 20, 30, 40, dan 50 ppm serta 3 perlakuan pencucian pakan alami cacing sutra. Mulai dari kontrol (tanpa pembilasan), P1 (pembilasan 1 x), dan P2 (pembilasan 2 x). Berdasarkan metode yang gunakan konsentrasi terbaik pada uji toksisitas survival rate tiap stadia hidup parasit I. multifiliis yaitu konsentrasi 50 ppm dan didapatkan nilai encysment rate berkisar 87±11,55 dan excysment rate diangka 100±0a%. Untuk persentase hidup stadia hidup parasit I. multifiliis (trophont, tomont, theront) adalah 87±11,55a sel trophont, 93±11,55a sel tomont, dan sel theront 8±1,64e. Survival rate ikan black molly dengan prosedur pencucian cacing sutra terbaik terdapat pada P2 yang tidak mengalami. Pemberian konsentrasi formalin mulai berpengaruh ketika parasit memasuki fase theront dan terdapat efek kelangsungan hidup ikan uji ketika pakan
alami cacing sutra tidak dicuci dan dicuci. | |
| dc.description.abstract | The availability of natural feed for silkworms is influenced by the large amount of organic materials and waste that can be contaminated by pathogens. Formalin itself is effectively used to eradicate ectoparasites, but its use must be careful and must be in the right concentration, so in this case it is necessary to further research to find out what concentration of formalin can suppress the Ichthyophthirius multifiliis parasite and a good flushing procedure on the natural feed of silkworms. The formalin concentrations used were 5 concentrations from 10, 20, 30, 40, and 50 ppm and 3 treatments of natural feed washing of silkworms.
