dc.description.abstractBanyaknya instansi atau perusahaan yang berusaha meningkatkan kinerja pegawai agar mampu bersaing secara berkelanjutan menjadikan PT Saraswanti Indo Genetech membutuhkan dukungan dalam aktivitas organisasi, seperti pemesanan ruang meeting. Saat ini, informasi ketersediaan dan proses peminjaman ruang meeting dilakukan secara manual dengan menghubungi admin dan mengisi Google Form setelah konfirmasi. Proses ini kurang efektif karena pegawai tidak mengetahui ketersediaan serta admin kesulitan memantau riwayat peminjaman. Oleh karena itu, sistem informasi peminjaman ruang meeting berbasis website dibuat untuk memudahkan pemesanan, memberikan informasi jadwal, dan menyimpan riwayat penggunaan ruang meeting. Sistem ini dibuat menggunakan metode prototyping untuk menyederhanakan dan mempercepat akses informasi. Selain itu, dilakukan analisis kepuasan pengguna menggunakan metode PIECES, dengan rata-rata nilai kepuasan 4,33 yang menunjukkan pengguna puas terhadap sistem ini. Sistem ini memudahkan pegawai dan admin dalam proses peminjaman, melihat riwayat penggunaan, serta memastikan transparansi ketersediaan ruang meeting.
dc.description.abstractThe efforts of many institutions and companies to enhance employee performance and stay competitive have led PT Saraswanti Indo Genetech to seek support for organizational activities, such as booking meeting rooms. Currently, the availability information and booking process for meeting rooms are conducted manually by contacting the admin and filling out a Google Form after confirmation. This process is inefficient as employees cannot directly see the availability, and the admin struggles to monitor the booking history. Therefore, a web-based meeting room booking information system was developed to facilitate reservations, provide schedule information, and store usage history. This system was created using the prototyping method to simplify and expedite information access. Additionally, user satisfaction was analyzed using the PIECES method, resulting in an average satisfaction score of 4.33, indicating high user satisfaction. This system makes it easier for employees and admins to book rooms, view usage history, and ensure transparency in meeting room availability.
