| dc.description.abstract | Website Dinas Cipta Karya, Tata Ruang, dan Pertanahan (DCKTRP) DKI Jakarta dirancang untuk menyediakan informasi publik terkait layanan dan dokumen yang dikelola oleh dinas tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat website baru yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan instansi, terutama untuk meningkatkan aksesibilitas modul PPID (Pejabat Pengelola Informasi dan Dokumentasi). Metode yang digunakan dalam pengembangan website ini adalah metode waterfall, yang mencakup tahapan analisis kebutuhan, desain sistem, implementasi, dan pengujian. Framework Laravel versi 9 digunakan untuk memastikan halaman yang responsif, dokumen yang mudah diakses, dan arsitektur informasi yang terstruktur. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa website baru mampu mengatasi masalah sebelumnya, seperti halaman yang tidak responsif dan dokumen yang sulit diakses, serta mempermudah pencarian informasi PPID. Disarankan agar dalam tahap desain antarmuka pengguna (UI) selanjutnya, masyarakat DKI Jakarta dilibatkan secara langsung. | |
| dc.description.abstract | The DKI Jakarta Human Settlements, Spatial Planning and Land Services (DCKTRP) website is designed to provide public information regarding services and documents managed by the agency. This research aims to create a new website that suits the agency's needs, especially to increase the accessibility of the PPID (Information and Documentation Management Officer) module. The method used in developing this website is the waterfall method, which includes the stages of needs analysis, system design, implementation and testing. The Laravel framework version 9 is used to ensure responsive pages, easily accessible documents, and a structured information architecture. The results of this research show that the new website is able to overcome previous problems, such as unresponsive pages and documents that are difficult to access, as well as making it easier to find PPID information. It is recommended that in the next user interface (UI) design stage, the people of DKI Jakarta be directly involved. | |
