Penerapan Voice Over pada Company Profile Video Direktorat Jenderal Perhubungan Darat RI

Abstract

The Directorate General of Land Transportation of the Republic of Indonesia is a government agency responsible for the regulation, management, and supervision of land transportation in Indonesia. As a government institution, the Directorate General of Land Transportation requires a company profile video as a means of public information dissemination, which includes its history, vision and mission, scope of work, duties and responsibilities, and several achievements. The production of the company profile video requires good voice-over techniques so that the information in the video can be conveyed clearly and attract viewers to listen to the audio or voice generated from the company profile video. The final project aims to implement the voice-over techniques used in the creation of the company profile video for the Directorate General of Land Transportation of the Republic of Indonesia.

Direktorat Jenderal Perhubungan Darat RI merupakan instansi pemerintahan yang bertanggung jawab atas pengaturan, pengelolaan, dan pengawasan transportasi darat di Indonesia. Sebagai instansi pemerintah Direktorat Jenderal Perhubungan Darat membutuhkan company profile video sebagai bentuk publikasi informasi kepada publik yang berisi sejarah, visi dan misi, ruang lingkup pekerjaan, tugas dan tanggung jawab direktorat jenderal, dan beberapa capaian hasil kerja. Produksi company profile video membutuhkan teknik voice over yang baik agar informasi yang ada di dalam video bisa tersampaikan dengan jelas, dan mampu menarik penonton untuk mendengar audio atau suara yang dihasilkan dari company profile video. Penulisan proyek akhir bertujuan untuk menjalankan penerapan voice over yang telah dilakukan pada pembuatan company profile video Direktorat Jenderal Perhubungan Darat RI.
