| dc.description.abstract | Salah satu dampak pandemi Covid-19 terhadap industri di Indonesia adalah penerapan pembatasan mobilitas yang ketat, termasuk industri Information Technology (IT). Meningkatnya kebutuhan akan layanan online dan teknologi informasi mendorong pengembangan dan inovasi untuk menciptakan ide-ide baru dalam penerapan teknologi informasi di berbagai bidang, seperti e-commerce, online learning, work from home (WFH), dan lain sebagainya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan dan merumuskan strategi untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan dalam penerapan sistem kerja hybrid di perusahaan jasa switching. Terdapat 83 sampel dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data probability sampling dengan simple random sampling. Pengolahan data menggunakan metode Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) dan metode Structural Equation Model (SEM).
Diyakini bahwa kondisi kerja saat ini yang melibatkan penerapan sistem kerja hybrid, kurang efisien. Hal ini disebabkan oleh pekerja yang menangani tugas dengan kurang responsif sehingga menurunkan SLA (Service Level Agreement) yang diberikan kepada klien. SLA dalam dunia bisnis adalah cara terbaik agar pihak-pihak yang terlibat menuntaskan kewajiban masing-masing, dapat berupa kontrak yang menetapkan sekumpulan kewajiban yang akan diberikan kepada pihak lain, seperti vendor dan customer. Perjanjian ini umumnya dibentuk atas dasar kesepakatan bahwa pihak yang terlibat perlu mengikuti beberapa aturan agar hubungan bisnis bisa berjalan lancar. Sistem kerja yang efisien dan kesederhanaan koordinasi dalam skenario kerja hybrid yang memfasilitasi pemenuhan SLA kepada klien internal dan eksternal adalah prasyaratan yang diharapkan untuk penerapan kerja hybrid. Melakukan penilaian untuk menyusun taktik dan meningkatkan efektivitas sistem kerja hybrid adalah jawaban untuk mengatasi masalah saat ini.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Lingkungan Kerja, Infrastruktur Teknologi, Efisiensi Kerja, Motivasi Intrinsik berpengaruh signifikan secara langsung terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dan Otonomi Kerja berpengaruh signifikan melalui variabel Motivasi Intrinsik (tidak langsung) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Sedangkan Otonomi Kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Beberapa rekomendasi diperlukan upaya penyelesaian masalah yang menghambat pencapaian kinerja, terutama pada kasus karyawan yang mengalami penurunan kinerja ketika sistem kerja hybrid diterapkan dan dalam rangka meningkatkan kinerja karyawan, perusahaan dapat melakukan langkah-langkah strategis dalam beberapa aspek krusial, seperti lingkungan kerja, infrastruktur teknologi, efisiensi kerja, dan motivasi intrinsik. | |
| dc.description.sponsorship | One of the impacts of the Covid-19 pandemic on industries in Indonesia is the implementation of strict mobility restrictions, including the Information Technology (IT) industry. The increasing need for online services and information technology encourages development and innovation to create new ideas in the application of information technology in various fields, such as e-commerce, online learning, work from home (WFH), and so on. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence employee performance and formulate strategies to improve employee performance in the application of hybrid work systems in switching service companies. There were 83 samples using probability sampling data collection techniques with simple random sampling. Data processing using Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) method and Structural Equation Model (SEM) method.
It is believed that current working conditions involving the implementation of hybrid work systems are less efficient. This is due to workers who handle tasks less responsively, thus lowering the SLA (Service Level Agreement) provided to clients. SLA in the business world is the best way for the parties involved to fulfill their respective obligations, it can be a contract that specifies a set of obligations to be given to other parties, such as vendors and customers. This agreement is generally formed on the basis of an agreement that the parties involved need to follow some rules so that the business relationship can run smoothly. Efficient work systems and simplicity of coordination in a hybrid work scenario that facilitates the fulfillment of SLAs to internal and external clients are expected prerequisites for hybrid work implementation. Conducting an assessment to devise tactics and improve the effectiveness of the hybrid working system is the answer to addressing the current problems.
The results showed that Work Environment, Technology Infrastructure, Work Efficiency, Intrinsic Motivation had a significant effect directly on Employee Performance and Work Autonomy had a significant effect through the Intrinsic Motivation variable (indirectly) on Employee Performance. While Work Autonomy has no significant effect on Employee Performance. Some recommendations are needed to solve problems that hinder performance achievement, especially in the case of employees who experience a decline in performance when a hybrid work system is implemented and in order to improve employee performance, companies can take strategic steps in several crucial aspects, such as work environment, technological infrastructure, work efficiency, and intrinsic motivation. | |
