      Abstract
      Penelitian ini membahas tentang pengembangan sistem penghitung galon air mineral menggunakan sensor inframerah yang terhubung ke dalam antarmuka situs laman untuk meningkatkan kinerja manajemen distribusi di perusahaan. Sistem ini menggunakan teknologi sensor inframerah untuk mendeteksi pergerakan galon air mineral secara otomatis di titik masuk dan keluar. Data deteksi diolah dan disajikan melalui antarmuka laman yang dapat diakses secara real time, sehingga memberikan informasi akurat tentang jumlah galon yang masuk dan keluar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap proses distribusi dan pengelolaan stok air mineral di perusahaan. Hasilnya alat ini dapat mengetahui histori produksi galon air mineral yang sudah di produksi, dengan menghitung jarak antara galon dan kemampuan kerja sensor didapatkan hasil yang membuat sensor bekerja dengan baik.
       
      This study presents the development of a mineral water gallon counter system, which employs the use of infrared sensors connected to a websiteinterface with the objective of enhancing the performance of distributionmanagement within the company. The system employs infrared sensor technologyto facilitate the automatic detection of mineral water gallon movements at entryand exit points. The data obtained from the detection process is then processedand presented through a page interface that can be accessed in real time, thusproviding accurate information about the number of gallons entering and exiting. It is anticipated that this study will make a valuable contribution to thedistribution process and management of mineral water stocks within the company. The results of this tool can be used to ascertain the history of the production of mineral water gallons, by calculating the distance between the gallons and thesensor's working capacity. This enables the sensor to be calibrated effectively.
