      Abstract
      Produser dalam produksi video sitkom memegang peran kunci dalam perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan proses produksi. Produser bertanggung jawab atas pemilihan talent, penjadwalan, koordinasi antar divisi, serta memastikan keberlangsungan produksi dengan memanage keuangan, alat, dan kerjasama dengan pihak luar. Situasi komedi dalam sitkom mengandalkan pada pengaturan latar belakang, cerita, dialog, dan pemeranan aktor untuk menyampaikan unsur komedi secara efektif. Keberhasilan situasi komedi tergantung pada penerapan teknik khusus dalam setting, plot, dan dialog yang menghibur penonton. Proses produksi video sitkom meliputi tiga tahap utama: pra produksi, produksi, dan paska produksi, dengan produser aktif mengawasi dan memimpin semua kegiatan dari perencanaan hingga penyelesaian proyek. Manajemen kerja produser didasarkan pada teori George R. Terry yang meliputi perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan. Video sitkom ini diharapkan dapat menjadi persembahan yang menyenangkan dan menghibur bagi penonton internal IDN serta masyarakat umum yang mengakses platform tersebut.
       
      The producer in sitcom video production plays a key role in planning, organizing, executing, and supervising the production process. The producer is responsible for talent selection, scheduling, inter-departmental coordination, and ensuring production continuity by managing finances, equipment, and external collaborations. The comedic situations in sitcoms rely on background settings, storytelling, dialogue, and actor performances to effectively convey comedic elements. The success of comedic situations hinges on the application of specific techniques in setting, plot, and entertaining dialogue for the audience. The sitcom video production process encompasses three main stages: pre-production, production, and post-production, with the producer actively overseeing and leading all activities from planning to project completion.
