      Abstract
      Bank Indonesia adalah bank sentral Republik Indonesia yang tujuan utamanya adalah mencapai stabilitas nilai rupiah, menjaga stabilitas sistem pembayaran, dan berkontribusi menjaga stabilitas sistem keuangan yang mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi berkelanjutan. Dalam mewujudkan tujuannya, Bank Indonesia membutuhkan strategi dalam penyampaian informasi kepada masyarakat. Pemanfaatan strategi penggunaan media digital tak bisa dilepaskan pada era saat sekarang ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan utama menganalisis strategi komunikasi Bank Indonesia dalam penyampaian informasi kepada masyarakat melalui media digital di Kantor Perwakilan Wilayah Tasikmalaya. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini meliputi wawancara, observasi, dan studi pustaka. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah strategi yang digunakan dinilai dapat disesuaikan dengan situasi wilayah Priangan Timur yang merupakan fokus wilayah Kantor Perwakilan Wilayah Bank Tasikmalaya Indonesia. Memaksimalkan peluang dan meminimalkan kelemahan yang ada melalui hasil analisis SWOT. Kata Kunci: Analisis SWOT, Informasi Publik, Sosial Media
       
      Bank Indonesia is a central bank of the Republic of Indonesia that has been operating for several decades now, has achieved stability in the rupee currency, has implemented a stable payment system, and has contributed significantly to the stable payment system, which has led to economic growth. In realizing this goal, Bank Indonesia needs a strategy in conveying information to the public. This strategy is not always fixed at one time but sustainable time to time. The strategic of using digital media cannot be separated in the current era. The point of this inquire about is to analyze Bank Indonesia's communication methodology in passing on data to the open through computerized media at the Tasikmalaya territorial agent office. Information collection strategies in this inquire about are interviews, perception and writing think about. The conclusion of this investigate is that it can be found that the procedure utilized is adjusted to the conditions of the East Priangan range which is teritorial agent office center zone, Bank Indonesia Tasikmalaya through the results of the SWOT analysis, maximize opportunities and minimize the weaknesses.
