      Pengembangan Sistem Sidik Jari Berbasis Logika Fuzzy Untuk Monitoring Kehadiran Karyawan di PT Nirwana Tirta

      Abstract
      Perkembangan teknologi mendorong instansi untuk meningkatkan kualitas pegawai melalui pengukuran kinerja yang efektif, termasuk pemantauan kehadiran. PT Nirwana Tirta, yang masih menggunakan metode presensi manual, dapat memanfaatkan sistem presensi berbasis teknologi sidik jari, Internet of Things (IoT), dan logika fuzzy untuk mendapatkan data kehadiran yang akurat dan mempermudah proses penggajian. Proyek ini bertujuan meningkatkan efisiensi presensi dan membantu menentukan gaji serta bonus karyawan berdasarkan kinerja. Alat penilaian kinerja yang dikembangkan menggunakan sensor sidik jari dan mikrokontroler untuk membaca data kehadiran, yang dianalisis oleh logika fuzzy, dan datanya ditransfer ke server yang dapat diakses melalui website. Sistem ini mengukur durasi kerja selama 6 hari dengan kategori kinerja beragam dan pengaturan gaji serta bonus sesuai. Evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan efisiensi waktu dan akurasi tinggi (93,33% presensi berhasil pada percobaan pertama). Sistem ini meningkatkan motivasi dan produktivitas perusahaan, meskipun faktor lain seperti kualitas kerja, kerjasama tim, dan kedisiplinan perlu dipertimbangkan.
       
      Technological advancements encourage agencies to enhance employee quality through effective performance measurement, including attendance monitoring. PT Nirwana Tirta, still using manual attendance methods, can utilize a fingerprint technology-based attendance system, IoT, and fuzzy logic to obtain accurate attendance data and simplify payroll. This project aims to improve attendance efficiency and help determine employee salaries and bonuses based on performance. The developed tool uses fingerprint sensors and microcontrollers to read attendance data, analyzed by fuzzy logic, and transferred to a server accessible via a website. The system measures work duration for 6 days with various performance categories and sets salary and bonus accordingly. Evaluation showed improved time efficiency and high accuracy (93.33% successful attendance on the first try). The system increased company motivation and productivity, although work quality, teamwork, and discipline also need consideration.
