      Abstract
      Bengkel Sugi Jaya Elektronik merupakan UMKM (Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah) yang bergerak di sektor perdagangan eceran yang melayani penjualan macam-macam elektronik, sparepart mesin air dan jasa perbaikan mesin lainnya. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara, diketahui bahwa persediaan yang masuk dan keluar tidak adanya pencatatan dalam proses tersebut. Untuk mengurangi terjadinya kehilangan data, mengetahui jumlah persediaan dengan tepat dan waktu pengecekan yang lebih cepat, perlu dirancang sebuah aplikasi persediaan elektronik dan sparepart sesuai dengan kebutuhan bengkel sugi jaya elektronik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat sistem baru yang memudahkan untuk mengontrol persediaan serta memberikan informasi persediaan secara real time. Rancangan aplikasi persediaan elektronik dan sparepart dibuat dengan menggunakan google spreadsheet. Perancangan sistem ini menggunakan metode SDLC dengan pendekatan waterfall. Hasil akhir penelitian ini adalah model rancangan akhir sistem informasi persediaan yang diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi praktis untuk mengontrol persediaan elektronik dan sparepart di Bengkel Sugi Jaya Elektronik.
       
      Sugi Jaya Elektronik Workshop is an SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises) engaged in the retail trade sector which serves the sale of various electronics, water engine spare parts and other engine repair services. Based on the results of the interview, it is known that incoming and outgoing inventory is not recorded in the process. To reduce data loss, know the exact amount of inventory and faster checking time, it is necessary to design an electronic inventory application and spare parts according to the needs of the Sugi Jaya Electronics workshop. This research aims to create a new system that makes it easy to control inventory and provide inventory information in real time. The design of electronic inventory applications and spare parts is made using google spreadsheets. This system design uses SDLC method with a waterfall approach. The final result of this research is the final design model of the inventory information system which is expected to be a practical solution for controlling electronic and spare parts inventory at Sugi Jaya Elektronik Workshop.
