      Analisis Kestabilan Model Matematika Penyebaran Penyakit Tuberkulosis dengan Pengobatan

      Abstract
      Salah satu penyakit menular yang masih menjadi masalah global adalah tuberkulosis (TB). Pengendalian penyakit TB dapat dilakukan dengan pengobatan yang efektif. Dalam penelitian ini akan dikaji secara matematika dengan merekonstruksi model penyebaran penyakit TB dan menentukan bilangan reproduksi dasarnya yang berikutnya digunakan untuk melakukan analisis sensitivitas parameternya. Kestabilan titik tetap diperoleh berdasarkan nilai bilangan reproduksi dasar (R0). Jika R0 < 1, maka titik tetap bebas penyakit bersifat stabil asimtotik lokal dan global, sedangkan jika R0 > 1, maka bersifat tidak stabil. Selain itu, dilakukan pula analisis sensitivitas parameter terhadap R0 dan diperoleh bahwa parameter yang paling sensitif adalah laju transmisi penyebaran penyakit TB. Nilai R0 berkurang, jika laju kontak transmisi penyebaran penyakit TB diperkecil, sehingga titik tetap bersifat bebas penyakit.
       
      One of infectious disease that remains a global problem is tuberculosis (TB). Controlling TB disease can be done by effective treatment. In this study, it will be studied mathematically by reconstructing the TB disease spread model and determining the basic reproduction number which used to analyze the sensitivity of its parameters. The stability of the fixed point is obtained based on the value of the basic reproduction number (R0). If R0 < 1, the disease-free fixed point is locally and globally asymptotically stable, while if R0 > 1, it is unstable. In addition, a parameter sensitivity analysis of R0 was conducted and it was found that the most sensitive parameter is the transmission rate of TB disease spread. The value of R0 decreases, if the contact rate of TB transmission is minimized, so that the fixed point is disease-free.
