      Perancangan Tata Letak Gudang Komponen Sepeda Motor Tipe C dengan Metode Corelap dan Blocplan di PT XYZ, Jakarta Utara

      Abstract
      PT XYZ merupakan industri otomotif yang memproduksi berbagai jenis motor salah satunya sepeda motor tipe C. Produksi tersebut memerlukan penyimpanan untuk setiap komponennya. Saat ini perusahaan menghadapi permasalahan terkait tata letak gudang. Oleh karena itu, perlu dirancang tata letak gudang yang optimal untuk penyimpanan komponen sepeda motor tipe C. Usulan perbaikan tata letak menggunakan metode Corelap dan Blocplan. PerancanganActivity Relationship Chart (ARC) dan perhitungan nilai Total Closeness Rating (TCR) dilakukan sebagai bahan data untuk perancangan tata letak usulan perbaikan. Desain tata letak tersebut menggunakan bantuan Microsoft Visio. Hasil perhitungan total biaya penanganan bahan metode Corelap mendapatkan biaya yang lebih murah dibandingkan dengan metode Blocplan. Hasil biaya metode Corelap yaitu sebesar 45,95%, sedangkan hasil biaya metode Blocplan yaitu sebesar 50,05%.
       
      PT XYZ is an automotive industry that manufactures various types of motorcycles, including type C motorcycles. The production requires storage for each of its components. Currently, the company is facing issues regarding warehouse layout. Therefore, an optimal warehouse layout needs to be designed for storing components of type C motorcycles. The proposed improvement of the layout utilizes Corelap and Blocplan methods. Activity Relationship Chart (ARC) design and Total Closeness Rating (TCR) calculation are conducted to gather data for the proposed layout improvement. The layout design is implemented using Microsoft Visio. The total handling cost calculation using the Corelap method shows a cheaper cost compared to the Blocplan method. Specifically, the Corelap method incurs a cost of 45.95%, whereas the Blocplan method results in a cost of 50.05%
